I registered my own company in Wyoming from Islamabad. Having been through every step of it, we now do the filing for other people.
I registered ScaleWiseVA LLC in Wyoming in July 2026, from Islamabad, and did the whole thing myself. Enough people asked how that we now do it for them.
One thing first, and I mean it rather than saying it for form: I am not a lawyer or an accountant, and nothing here is legal or tax advice. What we sell is filing work.
Usually less often than the people selling companies suggest.
You do not need a US LLC to sell on Amazon or Etsy from Pakistan. Both onboard Pakistani sellers and both run on Payoneer, and you can start as an individual. If somebody is telling you a company is required before you can begin, look at what they are selling.
Where it genuinely earns its cost is when a US client or supplier will not contract with an individual, when a payment processor will not onboard you otherwise, or when you want the business to exist separately from you as a person. For my agency it was the third.
We are not lawyers, we do not give tax advice, and we are not a registered agent. You will still have a registered agent, because a non-resident cannot be their own, and that relationship is yours rather than ours. We do the filing and the chasing around it.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Plenty of services blur it, and the moment your situation has a genuine legal question in it you want to be talking to somebody qualified to answer, not to us.
The EIN is the bottleneck. A US person with a Social Security Number gets one online in minutes. Without one you are on the fax or mail route, and the answer takes weeks.
What makes it worse is that it is invisible while it happens. No status page, no reference number, no way to tell whether anything is moving. Everything downstream, banking especially, waits on it. Plan around that rather than assuming you will be trading next week, and be suspicious of anyone who quotes you a firm date for it.
